We could either contract by merely selling off the rezoned land, we could enter into Joint Venture to see the further development or we could complete the entire process by overseeing the construction of top structure & sale thereof.
We have over the last number of years fostered many relationship with landowners where we joined forces and act on behalf of the landowner to see the unlocking of value in the land. These processes could entail the following:
- by rezoning;
- installation of services;
- the proclamation of land;
- the marketing & sales of the final product; and
- lastly to oversee the construction process & delivery of a competed product
During or after completion of the processes we will assist
our clients with the disposal of the project or properties.
