We as developers have been involved in the development of Zwartkop Golf Estate from the onset. When we decided on the development model for what was used to be Bowling Greens, we carefully considered a model of development that would do justice to the estate and even improve it. We envisaged a Gentlemen’s Estate with a strong theme, blending in and adding value to the estate.
This vision in close collaboration with Design Node Architects has given birth to an “English Manor House” themed estate and consists of the following 5 full title stands on offer.

It is imperative that the Architectural guidelines as envisaged, be retained at all given times to protect the look and feel as well as financial interest of the owners. The purchasers will therefore be obliged to make use of the services of Design Node who are the appointed architects for the development.
The Home Owners Association has agreed to strict adherence to the above principles when the plans are submitted to them for consideration.
The purchaser is however free to contract with the other professionals and contractors to execute the proposed plans. Contractors are obliged to adhere to the Conduct Rules as stated in the Memorandum of Incorporation. In addition, contractors will be obliged to use construction entrances indicated by the ZHOA.
Design Node has done concept designs which can be altered/adjusted to suit the needs of the prospective buyers. If need be, a complete new house could be designed based on the theme. Fees can be negotiated with them. Visit us at DESIGNnode
